The Halloween tradition continues: Boo at the Zoo is back! I remember visiting the Philadelphia Zoo in October as a kid. It was an awesome experience. Every year around this time, the zoo transformed into a spooky wonderland, decorated with ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, and cobwebs throughout. Kids were encouraged to wear Halloween costumes while visiting their favorite animals (He-man, Thundercats and Ghostbusters were all big back then). Zoo staff also participated in the event by dressing up and handing out candy. It was a lot of fun! www.hennessy.com Liquor restrictions are nothing new in PA Pennsylvania is a weird place to live, especially when it comes to its liquor. As a PA resident, I've had to deal with strange liquor restrictions my whole adult life. Forced to go to run-down state stores with awkward hours of operations (early closures and closed on Sundays) to not being able to purchase beer in supermarkets or convenience stores like Wawa and 7-11, jumping through hurdles was the name of the game.
