Will the real Phillie Phanatic please stand up? That's right, the imposter Phantic is gone with all of his extra-ness, and the 44-year old fan-favorite is back in 2022! The Phanatic went through a makeover back in 2020 due to a legal dispute. His new look included feathers on his arms, star-shaped eyes and a light-blue tail. He also rocked blue socks with red shoes. Although the changes were rather subtle, fans weren't fooled. Now in 2022, the beef between the Phillies and the mascot’s co-creators has been squashed, and just in time for opening day.
